SC SENTIS SRL was the company initiating the complex and fully automatic system for heat and hot water consisting in: condensation boiler Rotex GSU 520S, 2 solar panels V26A and the Monopex floor heating system within the unique construction “Wide Energy Independence to the House”- LoLIe. The project for this construction was elaborated by PhD Engineer Victor Hagiu. Moreover, the LOLIe construction also consists in 12 photovoltaic panels, also installed by our company. The 12 panels produce 2200 - 2300 kW/year, covering the necessary power demand for a house of 185 m2, used by a family of 4 or 5 members. The house is located in Iasi, Bucium area, where it may also be visited.
